As the project lead, I was responsible for many different aspects of the migration project including client relations, design, page builds, and reporting. The project helped me grow as a communicator and fine-tune my workflow.
Working with hundreds of different individuals from varied areas within the university revealed the nuance of client relationships and the value of being strategic with communications. Even though each client has unique characteristics, written templates are useful for the often-repeated core messaging and information.
After completion of the migration project, I presented a recap and key takeaways to the broader technical group within the organization.
